ANUPAMA SOFIA
She was certified by TAMILNADU OPEN UNIVERISITY in 2018, a gold medal winner of Vocational Diploma in Beauty Therapy. She conducts more than 70 training programs in India and abroad. She is renowned in personality development training motivational speech. Her syllabus and the course start with the very basics to build a strong foundation for the student’s career growth. Once the candidate has the mastered skill she /he can create and enhance his/her career in beauty like never before. In her words “Understanding of skin anatomy, nutrition and dietetics, allergy and sensitivity, skin care techniques, hair, and its permanent care, body care and grooming, working place, and related equipment hygiene are most important in beauty care development.

A salon manager is responsible for daily operations like daily business volume related tasks profit related sureness, scheduling of new staffs ,parlour opening/closing scheduling, in salon’s product management, dealing with customer feedback and complaints. salon manager is an important person to play role in managing and motivating the staff.
